Distribución geográfica

El área de distribución de la especie incluye el sur de la península Ibérica y el norte de Africa. Se ha citado en las siguientes localidades de Andalucía: junto al Río Hozgarganta en el km 68 de la carretera C-3331 (Málaga), alrededores de Facinas, alrededores de Benalup de Sidonia (Cádiz) (Busack et al., 2005), La Barrosa (Cádiz) (Pinho et al., 2004, 2007a), Guadalcacín (Cádiz) (Harris et al., 2002; Pinho et al., 2006), Barbate (Cádiz) (Harris et al., 2002), Huelva (Huelva) (Harris et al., 2002; Pinho et al., 2006), Mairena del Aljarafe (Sevilla) (Harris et al., 2002; Pinho et al., 2007b) y Sevilla (Sevilla) (Harris et al., 2002).
